Anti-Muslim figure Tommy Robinson has been denied entry into two more Latin American countries.

Robinson, 42, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, said he travelled to Bogotá, Colombia, for a short “break” after organising the “Uniting the Kingdom” rally in the UK last weekend. However, upon arrival in the Colombian capital, he was stopped by immigration authorities.

In a video posted on X, Robinson said: “I landed at Bogotá and what do you think happened? Detained, threat to national security, deported, spent all day in a detention room.”

He claimed that Colombian officials allowed him to purchase a ticket to Panama instead of sending him directly back to the UK. But after arriving in Panama City, he faced the same outcome.

“I landed in Panama and what do you think happened? Detained and being deported,” he said. “I’ve sat here now for six hours and spent the last 24 hours of my time on a plane and sat in rooms.”

Robinson alleged that Colombia deemed him a national security risk because of his “political beliefs,” adding: “So Colombia, the country that exports, what, beautiful women and narcos, that’s it, has deemed me, because of my political beliefs, a threat to national security.”

The former English Defence League leader has previously been deported from Mexico on similar grounds. He also has a string of convictions in the UK, including fraud, stalking, assault, use of another person’s passport, threatening behaviour, and contempt of court.
