The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) confirmed that a new wave of missile and drone strikes targeted five Israeli-occupied sites on Monday, as part of the 21st phase of Operation True Promise 3, according to a statement reported by Tasnim News Agency.

The IRGC stated that both liquid- and solid-fuel missiles were used in the coordinated attack, aimed at breaching Israel’s air defense systems.

The targeted locations included Safed, Tel Aviv, Ashkelon, Ashdod, and Beisan.

Israeli media outlets reported that several Iranian missiles struck the Israeli-occupied cities of Ashdod and Lachish on Monday, causing damage. Health volunteers rushed to the affected areas to respond to emerging medical emergencies.

Moments earlier, a loud explosion was heard over occupied Jerusalem following a missile launched by Iran, triggering air raid sirens and prompting Israeli settlers to seek shelter.

A newly surfaced video showed the impact of Iranian missile strikes on Israel, with footage revealing a car damaged by the blast. According to reports, several vehicles sustained damage as Tehran launched a fresh salvo of missiles toward Israel on Monday.

An Iranian missile struck a power station Israeli-occupied port city of Ashdod, prompting air raid sirens across the area.

Several areas in Ashdod experienced power outages after an Iranian missile struck a power station. The Israel Electric Corporation confirmed that a “strategic infrastructure facility” was damaged in the attack, resulting in a blackout across parts of the city.

Israeli settlers remained in shelters for 35 minutes, the longest duration since the current wave of hostilities began.

Another missile struck an Israeli military base located in Safed, in northern Israel.

A video circulating on social media showed smoke rising from a building in Ashdod, with Israeli settlers watching the aftermath of the strike from a distance.

Israeli strikes Fordow nuclear site in Iran 

Israel launched an airstrike targeting Iran’s Fordow nuclear site, according to a spokesman for the Qom province crisis management headquarters. 

He assured that people in the vicinity were safe.

The site, known for its deep-underground uranium enrichment capabilities, is one of Iran’s most fortified nuclear facilities.

Israeli airstrikes reportedly targeted multiple locations in Tehran and Karaj, hitting civilian structures. 

Al Jazeera reported that Israeli attacks again struck a state television building, causing the broadcast to go off-air briefly. A blast also hit the broadcaster's technical support building.

Social media videos showed smoke rising from the Red Crescent Society building. Additionally, strikes reportedly hit the entrance of Evin Prison and the prestigious Shahid Beheshti University in northern Tehran.
