Israel has been killing an average of three Palestinians per day in Gaza since the beginning of the ceasefire deal in January, according to a report released by a rights group denouncing Israel’s “genocidal tools” of violence and deprivation.
The report published by Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor stated that since January 19, the Israeli military has killed at least 150 Palestinians and more than 600 have been wounded.
The said casualties were reported as a result of an attack carried out with drones and snipers.
Israel's military actions also resulted in devastating loss to Palestinians, particularly in southern Gaza's "safe zone" and "buffer zones" near the border.
The area of Rafah, located in the southernmost region of Gaza, suffered considerably from these attacks, according to the Euro-Med Monitor.

“This pattern underscores Israel’s systematic and ongoing targeting of Palestinians in the Strip, carried out with no military justification and in blatant disregard of the ceasefire and international law,” the group said.
In this regard, a United Nations expert stated that Israel carried out “genocidal acts” against Palestinians by systematically destroying women’s healthcare facilities during its war on Gaza.
The Geneva-based Independent International Commission of Inquiry has accused Israel of intentionally destroying Gaza's main fertility centre while also blocking essential medicines for pregnant women, newborns, and patients requiring neonatal care from entering the enclave.

In its findings, the commission reported that Israeli authorities “have eradicated … the reproductive capacity of Palestinians in Gaza as a collective through the systematic dismantling of sexual and reproductive healthcare,” it stated.
It further noted that this constituted “two forms of genocidal acts” during Israel’s military offensive in Gaza, which was launched on October 7, 2023.
In response, “Israel strongly denies the baseless claims,” stated its mission in Geneva.
