The Israeli army unleashed a dog on a 66-year-old Palestinian woman while she was asleep in her home in Jabalia, North Gaza.
A camera installed on the military dog recorded the incident, and Al Jazeera broadcast the leaked video showing the military dog attacking and injuring the elderly woman.
While speaking to a journalist, the woman stated that she suffered severe injuries and fractures. She also mentioned that Israeli forces have repeatedly targeted the area.
The video sparked outrage on social media, with pro-Palestinian supporters condemning Israel for employing brutal military tactics against innocent civilians in Gaza.

The Israeli genocide of Palestinians has resulted in the deaths of more than 9,000 women, leaving thousands injured and many still trapped under rubble, while others remain in captivity.
In addition to the death and destruction, women are facing an acute shortage of food, with families only able to secure one meal a day.
Israel’s relentless military offensive has left no place of refuge from north to south, as Rafah has been decimated and continued airstrikes on refugee camps have killed and burned alive many, including children and newborns.
Despite repeated efforts for a ceasefire, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has rejected a permanent end to the military assault on the coastal enclave.
“It (ceasefire) doesn’t mean that the war is about to end, but the war in its intense phase is about to end in Rafah,” he said.
Last week, a member of the UN’s Independent International Commission of Inquiry (COI) on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, Chris Sidoti, described the Israeli army as "one of the most criminal armies in the world" during a press briefing.
Based on the evidence collected during the commission's investigation, he accused the Israeli army of engaging in criminal activities.
