Israeli demonstrators reportedly blocked humanitarian aid trucks attempting to deliver essential supplies to Gaza, where the population faces severe food shortages and a worsening humanitarian crisis.
The aid convoys, which included food, medicine, and other life-saving essentials, were en route to Gaza when they were intercepted by protest groups near the Kerem Shalom and other crossing points.
Video footage circulating on social media shows activists preventing the trucks from moving forward, some even damaging supplies.
Human rights groups and international organizations have condemned the actions, warning that obstruction of aid violates international humanitarian principles and could exacerbate famine-like conditions in the besieged territory.
