Massive crowds have once again filled the streets of Istanbul, Turkiye, to protest against the actions of the Israeli regime, particularly the recent massacre of civilians in Rafah, a city in the southern Gaza Strip.
According to the Palestinian Shihab news agency, thousands gathered around the Israeli consulate in Istanbul on Monday night to denounce the attacks on the Palestinian refugee camp in Rafah.
Some protesters reportedly threw Molotov cocktails towards the consulate building, and social media posts suggest that a group set fire to the area surrounding the Israeli consulate in response to the brutal massacre of Palestinians by the Israeli regime.
Demonstrators also called on the international community to intervene and halt the Israeli attacks on Palestinian civilians.

At least 41 Palestinians, including women and children, were killed, and dozens were injured after Israeli warplanes bombed tents housing people who had been displaced from other parts of the besieged strip over the past seven months.
Some reports indicate the death toll may be as high as 45, with many others injured in Sunday's bombing.
Since the Israeli regime launched its genocidal war on Gaza in early October last year, major Turkish cities, including Istanbul, have witnessed several mass protests.
