A new intelligent robot service has been introduced in Madinah to support pilgrims visiting the Prophet’s Mosque.

This initiative, launched by the Ministry of Health's branch in Madinah province, strategically places the robot in the courtyard adjacent to the Prophet’s Mosque.

The purpose of this service is to deliver and broadcast educational messages, guidance, and health instructions, enhancing the safety and awareness of pilgrims. Impressively, it can communicate in over 96 languages, catering to a diverse global audience.

Additionally, the volunteer and awareness teams from the Health Ministry's Madinah branch remain actively engaged in their fieldwork. With a dedicated force of 220 male and female volunteers, organized into more than 12 teams, they work tirelessly around the clock to serve the guests of Allah.

These teams offer vital health and emergency services throughout the Hajj season at several key locations: the Prophet’s Mosque and its access roads, Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport, Haramain Train Station, and the mosques of Quba, Khandaq, Sayyid Al-Shuhada, and Miqat Dhul-Hulaifah.

Notably, the Hajj 2024 is scheduled to commence on 14 June in Makkah, marking a significant period of spiritual and physical preparation for the millions of pilgrims expected to attend.
