Saudi Arabia to send 1.2 million copies of Holy Quran to 45 countries during Ramadan

Saudi Arabia will distribute 1.2 million copies of the Holy Quran, with interpretation in 79 languages, to 45 countries, as well as to attaché offices at Saudi embassies abroad.
The proposal, approved by King Salman, aims to spread the blessings of Ramadan across the globe.
The initiative was implemented by the Minister of Islamic Affairs, under which at least 45 countries will receive the gift of Holy Quran's copies, stated Saudi Press Agency.
Minister of Islamic Affairs, Sheikh Abdullatif Al-Asheikh appreciated King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for their ongoing support and care for the global Muslim community.
He praised the authorities for printing high-quality copies of the Quran, stating that they rival the best in the world. According to him, the program reflects the leadership's commitment to spreading the Holy Quran’s message and making it accessible to Muslims globally, especially during the sacred month of Ramadan.

The minister also lauded the kingdom's efforts in supporting the ministry’s mission to promote Islam and its core values of tolerance and coexistence.
He further stated that all preparations for dispatching the copies have been completed.
The Quran distribution will be coordinated with various Islamic organisations and centers to ensure timely delivery during Ramadan.
