Gold prices continue upward trend in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan saw a significant rise on Thursday, with the price of 24kt gold per tola increasing by Rs2,300 to reach Rs282,800, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

The price surge follows recent fluctuations in both global and local markets. Additionally, the price of 24kt gold per 10 grams also saw a jump of Rs1,971, reaching Rs242,455.

Meanwhile, the price of 22kt gold per 10 grams stands at Rs222,250.

In international markets, gold prices also saw an uptick, rising by $23 to reach $2,716 per ounce.

Despite the rise in gold prices, silver prices have remained stable. The price of 24kt silver per tola is currently Rs3,450, while the price of silver per 10 grams is Rs2,957.81.
