The price of 24-karat gold in Pakistan increased by Rs.1,800 per tola, reaching Rs.320,800 on Thursday, compared to Rs.319,000 on the previous trading day, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs.1,543 to Rs.275,034 from Rs.273,491, while the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold increased by Rs.1,423, reaching Rs.252,123 from Rs.250,700.

Meanwhile, silver prices declined, with per tola silver dropping by Rs.31 to Rs.3,524, and 10 grams of silver decreasing by Rs.26 to Rs.3,021.

In the international market, the price of gold increased by $12, reaching $3,050 per ounce from $3,038, while silver prices fell by $0.29, settling at $33.50 per ounce.
