Gold rate remains unchanged at Rs349,700 per tola in Pakistan

KARACHI: The price of 24-karat gold per tola in Pakistan remained unchanged at Rs.349,700 on Saturday, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the rates for 10 grams of 24-karat and 22-karat gold held steady at Rs.299,811 and Rs.274,836, respectively.
Silver prices also remained firm, with per tola silver trading at Rs.3,417, and 10 grams at Rs.2,929.
In the international market, gold prices showed no movement and were recorded at $3,326 per ounce, while silver stood unchanged at $32.55 per ounce.

Meanwhile, in a notable contrast, gold prices surged in Saudi Arabia, where 24-karat gold per tola was recorded at 4,631 Saudi Riyals on Saturday, April 19, 2025.
The local market stability comes amid ongoing global economic uncertainty and speculation about central bank policies, which continue to influence precious metals pricing trends worldwide.
