City Court Case: Accused Rajab Butt absent during hearing

Renowned YouTuber Rajab Butt has been in the spotlight over the past year due to multiple legal cases filed against him.

 One of the most prominent cases involves the alleged desecration of Islamic symbols, which was registered at Hyderi Market Police Station. 

The incident reportedly involves actions or content attributed to Butt that were considered offensive to religious sentiments, sparking public outrage and prompting formal legal action.

The case was being heard in the Central Sessions Court. Rajab Butt, who is currently out on interim bail, did not appear in court.

However, his request for exemption from personal appearance was approved by the court, as his lawyer, Mian Ali Ashfaq, is away on Umrah. With the consent of both parties, the court adjourned the hearing until February 10.
