KARACHI: In recognition of his outstanding public service and exceptional performance, Assistant Commissioner Hazim Bangwar has been conferred with the Best Assistant Commissioner Award.

The honour was presented to him by Karachi Commissioner Hasan Naqvi during a special ceremony held in the city.

The event was attended by senior civil and police officials, including the Additional Inspector General (AIG) of Karachi.

Commissioner Naqvi also presented a commemorative shield to Bangwar, commending his dedication to duty and people-centric approach.

“Hazim Bangwar has devoted himself tirelessly to public service. His sincerity, professionalism, and determination are truly commendable,” Commissioner Naqvi said in his address.

He encouraged all assistant commissioners across Karachi to emulate Bangwar’s commitment and continue serving the public with integrity and enthusiasm.

Declaring Bangwar a role model for new entrants to the Civil Service of Pakistan (CSP), the commissioner lauded his administrative acumen, ethical conduct, and strong rapport with the public — traits he said set a high benchmark for others to follow.

The ceremony not only celebrated Bangwar’s professional achievements but also underscored the value of integrity-driven leadership in Pakistan’s civil service.
