"Men should earn first and then fall in love," says Aagha Ali

Renowned actor Aagha Ali offered some career and love advise to men, emphasising that financial stability should be a priority before pursuing a relationship.

Aagha Ali recently appeared on a comedy show, where he weighed in on the qualities men, in particular, should possess to find love in today's world, saying that "success in a career is a key factor".

"A girl does not want love, but she does desire protection, a certain level of luxury, and a partner who makes her feel safe," he said.

The Zakhm actor advised all men to "get settled first," implying that after having financial security and social status, "men can have any partner they desire and this is a fact.”

“Men should be able to have that package and then fall in love,” he added. 

When asked about his opinion on unrequited love, Ali opined that loving someone who doesn't feel the same way is a pointless endeavor.

“It is silly to be heartbroken over someone who is not even aware of your feelings. However, for someone who returns your affection, devoting yourself to them is perfectly reasonable,” he added.

Recounting his early struggles, Aagha Ali shared a story of how a director from Karachi called him to Lahore to audition for a drama. However, upon arriving in Karachi, the director rejected him, marking the first disappointment of his acting career.

He also shared that during his early days in Karachi, he lived in the basement of a warehouse and worked hard to establish himself in the showbiz industry.
