The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday granted post-arrest bail to Atif Khan, the husband of actress and model Nadia Hussain, in a case pertaining to alleged multi-million-rupee fraud.

A bench of the SHC ordered the accused to furnish a surety bond of Rs1 million to secure his release on bail.

Separately, the court also confirmed the interim bail of other co-accused in the case.

Atif Muhammad Khan, former chief executive officer of Bank Alfalah Securities, had been arrested on charges including corporate financial fraud, criminal misconduct, breach of trust, misuse of fiduciary powers, falsification of accounts, and the unlawful diversion of company funds for personal benefit.

Earlier in May 2025, a sessions court had rejected Atif Khan's bail plea, after which he filed a bail application in the high court.

His wife Nadia Hussain was previously granted pre-arrest bail by a sessions court.
