Pakistani actress Zoya Nasir has issued an apology to her fans following an incident during the Hum Awards in London.

When Zoya arrived at the London Arena to attend the ceremony, she was greeted by a large crowd of enthusiastic fans cheering for her. Ever gracious, Zoya stopped to take selfies and even made videos on her fans' phones, all while fans chanted Noor Jahan in excitement.

However, during the frenzy, she accidentally dropped one fan's phone on the road and, amidst the noise and commotion, unknowingly moved on without realizing it.

Later, Zoya addressed the situation on Instagram, sharing a video of the moment and offering an apology to the fan. She explained that she wasn’t aware of the mishap until she saw the footage, and expressed regret for the unintentional incident.

“I was running a fever but managed to grab this video. Pictures will come later. Here’s the Noor Jahan craze at Hum Awards. The highlight of the evening.
