Bangladesh allocates medical seats for Pakistani students

In a welcome move, Bangladesh has allotted medical seats for Pakistani students.
As per the details, Bangladesh has allocated 21 MBBS and 2 BDS seats for Pakistani students.
Interested students have been directed to submit applications for admission through the Higher Education Commission.
Students can also submit applications by post or online. The last date for submission of applications has been fixed as December 21, 2025.
Interested and eligible students have been directed to submit applications by the due date.
Relations between the two countries are improving after the ouster of Sheikh Hasina Wajid.
Earlier, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) signed a landmark cargo interline special rate agreement with Bangladesh’s Biman Airlines, a move aimed at boosting trade and streamlining air cargo movement between the two countries.
Under the partnership, major Saudi cities including Jeddah, Madinah, and Riyadh will serve as transit gateways, creating a strategic corridor for regional trade.
Through the combined networks of PIA and Biman Airlines, exporters and importers will have access to quality and cost-effective cargo services.
