Only 408 out of 13,008 candidates pass CSS exams

The result of the written part of the Competitive Examination CSS (Central Superior Services) 2023 has been announced by the Federal Public Service Commission of Pakistan on Saturday.

According to the FPSC, a total of 28,024 candidates applied for the CSS 2023.

As many as 13,008 candidates appeared in the examination of them only 408 cleared the written exam with pass percentage of 2.96%.

Of these 408 candidates, 234 were male while 152 were female.

"After the completion of comprehensive process, only 210 CSS Aspirants were recommended to different Federal Departments," the FPSC said in a statement.

Out of 210 candidates, 84 were female and the other 126 were male.

The commission announced that the aspirants who have cleared the written examination will be intimated schedule of medical examination, psychological assessment and viva voce in due course of time.
