Pakistan govt announces Hajj flight operation schedule

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Hamorny has completed all preparations for the forthcoming Hajj operation, including flight arrangements.
Scheduled between May 9 and June 9, the Hajj flights will operate from eight airports nationwide: Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Quetta, Sukkur, Sialkot, and Rahim Yar Khan.
Departures from Peshawar will be facilitated through Islamabad Airport, while those from Faisalabad will utilize Lahore Airport for their journey to Saudi Arabia.
Karachi and Islamabad airports will introduce the Road-to-Makkah service, streamlining the migration process for pilgrims within Pakistan.
Chartered airlines are set to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless transportation of pilgrims during this year's Hajj operation.
The vaccination of Hajj pilgrims is scheduled to commence on April 30 and will be conducted at 10 designated Hajj camps.
Under the government Hajj scheme, a total of 69,500 pilgrims will have the opportunity to embark on this sacred journey to the holy land of Hajj.
Last year, the Hajj flight operations in Pakistan commenced on May 9 and concluded on June 9.
