12-year-old boy raped, murdered in DI Khan

In yet another gruesome episode of child sexual abuse, a 12-year-old boy was raped and later killed in Dera Ismail Khan city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to the police, the dead body of the minor victim was found near Aman Mela Packet Pull in DI Khan.

The body of the 12-year-old was shifted to a local hospital for post-mortem.

Police said the victim was kidnapped a day earlier from the Drazanda area.

In the preliminary medical examination, the health officials confirmed that the boy was raped before being killed by the suspect.

However, police are conducting raids to arrest the culprits behind the heinous act.

In a similar incident in Punjab on June 25, a 7-year-old boy was raped and murdered by his cousin brother in Lodhran.

Earlier on June 22, a 12-year-old boy was raped at gunpoint by three suspects in Lahore.

A minor boy was allegedly raped by his seminary teacher in a mosque located in Depalpur city of Punjab on June 20.
