The death toll from the tragedy rises to 67 on the sixth day of the incident. Although only 17 bodies have been identified thus far, 77 persons are still missing. 

For several days now, the families of the affected have been protesting outside the Gul Plaza tower, voicing their discontent with respect to the rescue and investigation process. They have complained that six days have passed as of now after the incident occurred; yet, their loved ones are still not being recovered. 

Considering the risk of the unstable building collapsing, the debris removal operations carried out using heavy machinery have been halted. The families still awaits for their loved ones.

One of the main issues being experienced in the rescue mission is the search for missing people in the damaged parts of the buildings; nonetheless, rescue operations are still in progress for the trapped people.
