The girl, who was allegedly gang-raped in a police station in Jacobabad, has recorded her statement before the district and sessions judge.
In her statement, she lamented that the names of the RD-44 SHO and head munshi have not been included in the FIR that was lodged against seven policemen for assaulting her, according to a media report.
She is alleged to have been subjected to sexual abuse for many days while she, her sister, and her grandmother were kept in the police station in a murder case.
She demanded that their names be added to the case as key suspects.
The judge recorded the statement of all three women, after which the case was transferred to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for probe.
An FIR was registered on the complaint of the victim’s grandmother, invoking Sections 375-A (rape), 344 (wrongful confinement for over 10 days), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 34 (common intention) of the Pakistan Penal Code.
