Karachi police arrest man for harassing woman on street

Karachi: Police have arrested a man accused of behaving inappropriately towards a woman in a public place after a video of the alleged incident circulated on social media.

According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) West Tariq Ilahi Mastoi, the viral footage showed the suspect allegedly engaging in inappropriate behaviour towards a female passerby.

The SSP said the suspect was identified with the help of the video and was subsequently arrested during a police operation.

He added that a case has been registered against the suspect and further investigation is underway.
