Minor student brutally beaten by Madressah teacher in Faisalabad

A 14-year-old boy in Faisalabad was physically assaulted by his Madressah teacher, it emerged on Friday.

According to the details, the harrowing incident occurred at a seminary in Saifabad area of Faisalabad.

The video of the incident also went viral on social media, in which the suspect, identified as Qari Rizwan, was seen brutally thrashing the boy.

A case was registered against the cleric of Jamia Ghousia Rizwia on the complaint of the minor boy's father, Rashid Bashir, under sections 328A and 506 of the Pakistan Penal Code.

Following the registration of the case, the Thikriwala police arrested the suspect for torturing the minor student.

However, the reason behind the brutal attack by the cleric was not disclosed by the law enforcers.

As per the details provided by the police, Iqbal Division SP Imran Munir Saifi also visited the victim’s house and assured the father of justice for his son.
