The mother of two missing children Ayaan and Anabiya on Wednesday confirmed that the siblings were found in North Nazimabad.

“I got a call from an unknown number,” the mother, who is working in Dubai after divorce, posted on social media. “Thank God the children have been found. Both arrived with Rangers,” she said.

The recovery followed after the case took hype and police swung into action after registration of the case.

The children used to stay in their maternal uncle’s house after the separation from their parents while the children’s mother lived in Dubai for employment.

The children in their initial statment accused their aunty and maternal grand mother of torture and forcing them to clean washrooms.

They said they spent a night at a home of a uncle and aunty, who according to them, took them to their home after seeing them on the road on Tuesday night.

Ayaan,11, and Anabiya, 12, had gone out of their house to buy a burger in North Nazimabad Block H at around 11:50 pm on Tuesday and did not return.

Rashid, the uncle of Ayaan and Anabiya, said his sister is doing a job in Dubai and after the divorce, the children were living with him. The family tried hard to find the children but after failing they moved to the police for assistance.
