The National Highway and Motorway Police (NHMP) successfully located and returned a lost mobile phone worth Rs 120,000 to its owner on Tuesday.

According to reports, a family traveling from Lahore to Islamabad contacted the Motorway Police after realizing they had left their mobile phone behind during a stop at the Kalar Kahar service area on the motorway.

Responding swiftly to the request, NHMP North Zone officials traced the lost phone and promptly returned it to the grateful owner.

The traveler expressed deep appreciation for the honesty and dedication shown by the Motorway Police in fulfilling their duties.

Muhammad Saqib, the spokesperson for the Motorway Police, emphasized that this incident highlights the department’s commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of the public.
