New Zealand cricket team reach Pakistan for tri-nation series

The New Zealand cricket team arrived in Lahore on Wednesday after traveling from Auckland via Dubai to participate in the upcoming tri-nation series in Pakistan.
Upon arrival, the team was escorted to their hotel under tight security to ensure the safety of the players.
The squad is set to take a rest day today, with practice sessions scheduled to begin tomorrow. A press conference was held earlier, featuring the captains of Pakistan and New Zealand, where they discussed strategies and expectations for the series.
The South African team is expected to arrive in Lahore on Friday and will begin their first training session the following day.
The tri-nation series will take place from February 8 to 14 on a single league basis. Matches will be held at Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium and Karachi's National Bank Stadium.
The opening match will see Pakistan face New Zealand on February 8 at Gaddafi Stadium, followed by New Zealand vs South Africa on February 10.
Pakistan will play South Africa in a day-night match on February 12 at Karachi's National Stadium, with the grand finale scheduled for February 14 in Karachi.
