100 Palestinians, including 70 children, buried after mass funeral in Gaza

A mass funeral was held in Gaza City for 100 Palestinians, including 70 children, whose remains were recently recovered from the rubble of homes destroyed during the Israeli war in Gaza.
The funeral prayer was held in the Zeitoun area of Gaza City, with thousands of Palestinians in attendance, including relatives of the victims, as well as social and political figures.
The bodies and human remains were placed at a site near the ruins of destroyed homes and were wrapped in Palestinian flags.
During the funeral, members of the Gaza Civil Defence, representatives of the affected families and other community figures delivered condolence and memorial speeches.
Following the funeral prayer, the bodies and remains were buried at Al-Ahli Cemetery in the Zeitoun area.
According to the report, rescue teams have recovered around 900 bodies from the rubble of areas destroyed by bombardment in recent days.
It said that the remains of nearly 9,000 Palestinians are still believed to be trapped under rubble at various locations across the Gaza Strip.
