A Faisalabad-Dubai flight was forced to make an emergency landing in Karachi after a passenger suffered a sudden medical emergency mid-air.

According to airport officials, the aircraft was near Larkana when the passenger, identified as Zulfiqar, lost consciousness. The pilot immediately alerted Karachi Air Traffic Control and diverted the flight for an urgent landing.

Medical teams were on standby as the plane touched down, but despite immediate efforts, doctors confirmed that the flier had passed away.

In a separate incident, a three-year-old girl named Zahra experienced a medical emergency on a Karachi-to-Dubai flight. The child developed a high fever mid-flight and fainted.

Crew members informed emergency responders, and upon landing, Zahra was transferred to a private hospital for further treatment.

Airport authorities confirmed that both incidents involved rapid responses from flight crews and emergency teams, underscoring the importance of preparedness in handling in-flight medical situations.
