At least 15 Palestinian civilians, including six children, were killed in a missile attack on a warehouse in Az-Zawayda town, where they had sought shelter after being evacuated.

According to Al Jazeera, the warehouse was completely destroyed and engulfed in flames after being struck by three Israeli missiles on Friday night.

Bodies were recovered through rescue efforts while the building was still burning.

The attack sparked outrage and chaos, with families desperately rushing to find the bodies of their loved ones.

Shocked and devastated people gathered outside the Al-Aqsa morgue to receive and bury the victims.

Palestinians are grappling with gruesome violence even during displacement as Israel continues to issue evacuation orders for almost all parts of Gaza.

The overall Palestinian death toll since the beginning of Israel’s war on Gaza has reached at least 40,000, with 92,401 wounded. Thousands more remain trapped under the rubble of destroyed buildings.

Despite the orders of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to cease military operations in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army has intensified its attacks on the enclave while simultaneously imposing an aid blockade on the starving Palestinians.

As per the UNICEF report in June, children in Gaza have faced an unbelievable amount of brutality, with more than 14,000 killed and many unidentifiable due to the severe harm their bodies suffered.

The UN also reported discovering children’s bodies in mass graves, showing "signs of torture, summary executions, and even instances of people being buried alive."
