Renowned musician, composer, and singer Sahir Ali Bagga accused Rahat Fateh Ali Khan of hiding his credits in several songs, which led him to call RFAK a ‘hypocrite’.

Baazi singer shared a post with considerable length on his Facebook and explained why he used the words ‘hypocrite’ for Rahat Fateh Ali Khan in his previous social media post.

Bagga asked Khan to give credit for his contributions to the popular song ‘Zaroori Tha’ and other several songs.

According to him, the song garnered extensive viewership on YouTube and marked about 2 billion views in one play.

“I titled the song, my right is only to be given as a creator, which only the hero of this project, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan can give,” he said.

“For some reason, he [Rahat] is not giving it, then he should explain to Rahat Fateh Ali Khan why he is not giving me the credit for this achievement,” Must Malang’s vocalist added.

“If I have called someone a hypocrite, then I have called every person a hypocrite who wants to hide the truth and is trying to kill someone’s right."

“ALLAH has blessed Rahat Fateh Ali Khan with good abilities, he should give me my right as a humanity,” Bagga wrote in his post.

He also alleged that Khan added many songs on YouTube with the absence of his name, “I have many other pieces of evidence with me and on YouTube where Rahat Fateh Ali Khan did not give me credit.”

“I still request, that I be given credit because I do not want the juniors who idealise me to face problems in their struggle, and I should be given my right.”
