40-year-old Kulsoom Gulzar has become a beacon of hope for women struggling with poverty and unemployment in the cash-strapped country.
The brave lady, who lives in Badami Bagh area of Lahore, not only supports her six sisters by riding a motorcycle but also teaches other unemployed women how to ride a bike, empowering them to earn a respectable living.
Kulsoom's journey is an inspiration for many women who are facing economic hardships amid the rising cost of living in Pakistan.
"My father used to say every human being has equal rights, whether it's a son or daughter," Ms Kulsoom shared in an interview with Geo News.

"I prefer to work hard and earn my own living rather than asking for help from others," she added.
Kulsoom's students, who are learning to ride motorcycles from her, consider her a "role model".
Her determination and hard work have made her a symbol of independence and self-sufficiency, inspiring others to follow in her footsteps.
