KARACHI: After the heartbreaking death of 3-year-old Ibrahim, who fell into an open manhole near Nipa Chowrangi, residents of the area have launched a public protest against Gulshan Town Chairman Dr. Fawad.

Ibrahim lost his life after falling into an open manhole outside a departmental store near NIPA Chowrangi.

The deceased child had come to the departmental store with his parents from the city's Shah Faisal Colony.

Multiple banners have been displayed across different neighbourhoods, carrying bold messages such as “Talaash-e-Gumshuda (Missing Person Search)” and “Awam Ka Paisa Awam Par Lagao (Spend Public Money on the Public).” The banners are signed “Minjanib Ahl-e-Ilaqah (From the Residents).”
