A beauty parlor owner was booked for clicking semi-nude pictures of customers during their services.

According to details, objectionable pictures of two girls were found on the cellphone of an owner of a beauty parlor in Lahore's area of Nawab Town. The case has been also registered against the owner.

The girls stated in their complaint that they had gone to Areeba Shafiq's beauty parlor for a skin polish.

During this time, the owner of the beauty parlor named Rukhsana created their indecent images, after which objectionable and semi-nude images of several women also surfaced from the woman's mobile phones.

The accused Rukhsana also shared all the images in various WhatsApp groups. Upon the complaint of the affected women, the FIA Cyber Crime Unit Lahore initiated an investigation, and upon completion, a case was registered at the Nawab Town police station.

Initially, the case was registered under the PECA (Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act), but later the police, while removing the said sections, stated that action against the accused would be taken under the provisions of the Pakistan Penal Code after the investigation.
