In a groundbreaking discovery, Italian and Scottish researchers found a massive subterranean city beneath the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt, stretching over 6,500 feet. This hidden metropolis was reportedly 10 times more extensive than the pyramids above.
The claim emerged after deep research using radar pulses to create high-resolution images beneath the structures.
A preliminary study, yet to be vetted by independent experts, revealed eight towering, cylindrical structures extending more than 2,100 feet below the pyramid's base.
Furthermore, the research suggested additional, unidentified structures exist at an astonishing depth of 4,000 feet.
A press release declared the findings unprecedented, claiming that if it's true, it could rewrite the history of ancient Egypt.

However, the independent experts raised questions over the claim, stating that the study could be deniable on a technical basis.
Dailymail quoted Professor Lawrence Conyers, a radar expert at the University of Denver who focuses on archaeology, saying, it was impossible for the technology to penetrate that deeply into the ground, making idea of an underground city “a huge exaggeration.”
He acknowledged the possibility of small structures like shafts and chambers beneath the pyramids that were built because the site was “special” for ancient people.
The Giza Pyramid in Egypt has three ancient pyramids are, Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. It was built 4,500 years ago, and each pyramid honours a pharaoh. The largest, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, stands at 480ft tall height and 750ft wide.
