Woman escorted off plane after racist rant about Muslims

A woman was removed from an EasyJet flight following reports of a racist outburst during the journey, which left fellow passengers in disbelief.

This incident took place on a flight traveling from Belfast to Manchester, where the woman allegedly made offensive comments regarding Muslims and Ukrainians.

Shauna Corr, a passenger on the flight, recounted the situation, stating: "The woman was seated a few rows ahead of me. I felt immense sympathy for the couple seated behind her, as well as the children on board.

Her language was appalling and racist; she made highly derogatory remarks about various individuals, including Muslims, and at one point, she even directed her hostility towards Ukrainians."

The woman's conduct, which intensified during the flight, drew the attention of numerous passengers. At one moment, a flight attendant reportedly cautioned her that law enforcement would be contacted if her behavior persisted.

Shauna remarked, “She was causing a scene, but I believe the crew managed the situation very well—it was quite reprehensible behavior.”

An EasyJet representative stated, “Upon arrival, the flight was met by police due to a passenger exhibiting disruptive behavior onboard. EasyJet’s cabin crew are trained to assess and respond to all situations and acted swiftly and appropriately to ensure the safety of the flight and its passengers was never compromised.”

They emphasized that the airline takes such matters seriously and is committed to safeguarding the safety and well-being of everyone on board.
