Pakistani actress Javeria Saud made a revelation that she wrote the popular OST "Tera Mera Hai Pyar Amar" for the global hit drama "Ishq Murshid."
She made the revelation in her recent appearance on a morning show of a private news channel.
However, according to her, the show's makers failed to give her due credit.
When asked why she wasn't acknowledged, she laughed and said, "I don't know."
Fellow guest Asma Abbas offered support, saying, "From now on, I'll make sure everyone knows you [Javeria] wrote that song."
"In neighbouring country [India], when a song becomes a hit, it's always associated with the writer's name," host Madiha Naqvi added.
Reflecting on the experience, the Baby Baaji actress shared, "I've learned from my mistakes and the betrayal I faced from a friend."
"People become mature through their mistakes," she philosophically added.
Despite the snub, Javeria considers this issue minor compared to the greater betrayals she has faced within the showbiz industry.
Ishq Murshid, directed by Farooq Rind and produced by Moomal Shunaid, has gained immense popularity for its compelling storyline and memorable soundtrack.
