A mugger arrested in Karachi’s Nazimabad area confessed to being involved in multiple robberies, revealing that he earned between Rs100,000 and Rs200,000 per month through criminal activity.
A video circulating on social media showed the serial robber admitting that he had been committing robberies for the past four years, and had done between 300 and 400 snatchings during that period.
The suspect, identified as Yasir, son of Akmal, had been posing as an employee at a factory to give the impression of holding a legitimate job.
“I worked in a factory just to show people I had a job, but I only went there to pass the time, not to work,” he stated.
