 A massive fire broke out in Clifton Block 1, Karachi, near the Qurtuba Mosque in Shireen Jinnah Colony on Monday.

The horrific fire destroyed more than 30 vehicles including some of abandoned and government-owned.

According to rescue 1122 team, the fire, which ignited suddenly among the vehicles, escalated quickly. The teams of KMC were called by local police as the fire raged.

After getting the emergency call, KMC dispatched three fire trucks to the scene. Firefighters battled the blaze for over an hour before finally bringing it under control.

Despite the destruction, no casualties were reported. Rescue 1122 reported that over 20 vehicles were completely burned. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
