The Sindh government has released a formal code of conduct for the collection of sacrificial animal hides during Eidul Azha by introducing stringent regulations to ensure order, transparency, and security during the religious occasion.
According to an official notification issued on Thursday, organisations and individuals must obtain prior approval from the respective Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner before engaging in hide collection activities.
It said that only registered welfare organisations, madrasssahs, and charitable institutions will be eligible to collect skin and other hides of sacrificial animals.

To avoid inconvenience for the public, the authority ordered that the use of loudspeakers, flags on buildings, and other forms of visual promotion be banned across the province.
These measures aim to maintain public order and prevent misuse of religious event.
