Over 3,000 new companies registered in Dubai by Pakistani investors in first six months of 2023

Pakistani nationals have emerged as the third largest investors in Dubai as the local investors set up 3,395 new companies in the Gulf city in the first six months of the ongoing year.

Dubai Chamber of Commerce (DCC) revealed that the new companies' registration by Pakistani investors has recorded an increase of 59 percent compared to the first half of 2022.

The total number of Pakistani companies registered in Dubai now stands at 40,315.

India is placed first on the list of top investors in Dubai, with 6,717 new companies in the first half of 2023.

This is an increase of 22.3% compared to H1 2022, bringing the total number of Indian companies to 30,146.
